PAGE Development Center-Recovery and Advancement of Informal Sector Employment (RAISE) project started implementation from October 26, 2022 with the financial support of Palli Foundation (PKSF) to achieve the objectives of RAISE project. Under PAGE Development Center, Cumilla Adarsha Sadar, Sadar Dakshin, Burichong and Chauddagram of the district have been selected as the working areas of the project. He scheme is providing technical assistance and financing facilities to small entrepreneurs through various schemes aimed at job creation and economic growth. In continuation of this, due to the global pandemic covid-19 (pandemic) and the global recession, the business of micro-entrepreneurs affected by the informal sector in urban and sub-urban areas, is working towards youth micro-entrepreneurial initiative development and sectoral technical capacity building and technical and business skills development of unemployed youth. Project Objectives:

1. Financing and capacity building of small scale entrepreneurs affected by Covid-19 to reactivate their business activities.

2. Financing the expansion of enterprises through capacity building of backward micro-entrepreneurs.

3. Providing training and employment assistance to the youth from low income families through apprenticeship (master-apprentice) system.
