Objective: To improve living conditions in selected houseless people in urban and rural areas.

Loan Purpose: House construction.

Loan Features: Loan Tenure maximum 5 years, loan size maximum 250,000 Tk, annual service charge 5.5% (decline balance method), installment payable monthly, number of installment maximum 218, the installment pattern is weekly .

Implementation Area: 25 branches of Credit Support Program.

Achievements till June 2024: 5,67,25000 Tk. disbursed among 1353 borrowers. At the end of the year loan outstanding was 13,80,917 Tk. with 205 borrowers.
